Rule 3
Interpretation of Regulations
(1) If an employee is aggrieved by the interpretation made by an officer while applying any rule of this regulation, the aggrieved employee may file a petition before the committee. This regulation started from the 1st of Bhadra 2068 Samvat.
(2) After examining the application received under sub-rule (1), the interpretation made by the committee in this regard shall be implemented as if it is in accordance with this regulation and the information of the interpretation shall be communicated to all the employees.
